Each apartment is equipped with a home management system (HMS) that integrates all the controls and functions in one touch screen. All technical features, including window blinds, operable facade panels, heating, lighting, ventilation and air-conditioning, can be controlled through this system. HMS can be used to pre-set themes, allowing for the ideal adjustment of each apartment to the lifestyle and individual preferences of its residents. Additionally, it can download and display data, such as weather forecasts, exchange rates and the like. HMS will also facilitate such tasks as ordering a meal from a favourite restaurant or having a pet taken for a walk.
